Robert M. Visconti, Esq., Associate Attorney

Mr. Visconti graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Social Science in 1996, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1999. He concentrates his practice on providing comprehensive representation of residential and commercial property managers and rental property owners, including landlord-tenant relations, land contract forfeitures, commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, negotiating and drafting leases, and tenant bankruptcies. He has successfully litigated landlord-tenant matters on behalf of commercial and residential landlords throughout Michigan, and has lectured on landlord-tenant matters for the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association and Sterling Education Services.

A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Mr. Visconti is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
