Patrick O’Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University as a Political Science major in 2002. He earned his law degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2006. Pat is an experienced litigator with extensive court room experience, including motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate litigation including landlord-tenant issues, land contract forfeiture and foreclosures, collection matters, bankruptcy law, and general civil litigation.
Pat practiced as a solo practitioner for thirteen years. He handled all types of matters, including criminal defense, bankruptcy, collection matters, and general civil litigation. Just prior to joining The Law Offices of Aaron D. Cox, Pat worked at the law firm Novara Tesiga Catenacci McDonald & Baas where he handled insurance defense litigation, particularly first party auto negligence claims.
Pat is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
